- Where is the most opportunity around Indianapolis Indiana? If a person is looking to get into a location on the "ground floor" Hancock County is it. Hancock County is borders Marion County just to the east. Marion County for the most part is covered by Indianapolis with a few exceptions. Hancock County shares a border. It is shocking right now how few people are in Hancock County. You'll find McCordsville, Fortville, New Palestine, and Greenfield there. The entire county and each of these cities/towns are poised for serious growth. Of course, that means prices will eventually rise. We will explore this area in this video.
